A very busy hotel in a lively Tourism Town, we cater for a combination of Tourism, Business guests and local events.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and an enthusiastic approach to their role.

The Hotel Operations Manager is a senior member of our Management Team who oversees daily operations during their shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
They will act as the main point of contact for both guests and staff, addressing any issues that arise.
Their responsibilities include supervising staff, daily operations of the Hotel and coordinating with different departments.
They will hold a key decision-making role within the Management Team with excellent opportunities for further education and career development.
