We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation and growth marketing motions across EMEA for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) portfolio.
About the Role
* Lead multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline.
* Owning end-to-end webinar execution, including promotion, engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree preferred.
A strong understanding of sales funnel and lead lifecycle required,
familiarity with automation tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is an advantage,
The role requires experience managing webinars,
paid media, email campaigns. It also involves optimizing agency performance
to ensure ROI across paid channels.
The successful candidate should have excellent strategic planning skills combined
with hands-on execution capability. Experience working in lean teams is an added bonus.
In terms of qualifications we require 5+ years of B2B demand generation
or growth marketing expertise – plus knowledge of market dynamics within Europe
can be advantageous too!
