We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Supervisor for our client in Dublin — someone who still loves getting stuck into the technical side of things but also knows how to lead and motivate a team.If you're an experienced technician ready to step up, or already in a supervisory role but still passionate about troubleshooting, mentoring, and delivering real impact — this one's for you.What You'll DoLead and support a team of IT technicians, providing guidance and mentorship when challenges arise.Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues — maintaining a strong hands-on presence.Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple business environments.Provide occasional field support to second dublin site when needed (a full driver's licence and access to a car are essential).What We're Looking ForWe're not just after a people manager — we want a technically excellent IT professional who can lead from the front.You'll have:Proven experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Systems Administration (5+ years ideal).Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Deep technical knowledge across:Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Active DirectoryNetworking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)Ticketing systems experienceA problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.Desirable certs:Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)CompTIA A+Level 7 Diploma in Network and System SecurityData Protection & GDPR certification
