Key Requirements: Lead and inspire a team across all clubhouse outlets, ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences. Oversee bar, lounge, and dining operations while driving financial performance. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the wider resort goals. Deliver consistent training, coaching, and talent development to support internal progression. Monitor and manage budgets, payroll, stock control, and revenue performance. Work closely with senior management to improve standards, maximise profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. Foster strong collaboration between the clubhouse and hotel teams to drive business success. The Ideal Operations Manager: Proven experience in hospitality operations management, ideally within a luxury hotel or high end golf club A strong background in bar and lounge management, with demonstrable financial acumen. Experience in stock and payroll management with a record of hitting key performance targets. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to nurture and retain top talent.
