Responsibilities
* Profitability & Financial Management: Forecast weekly sales, labor, and overheads; investigate variances and take corrective action.
* Schedule staff effectively based on business levels to control labor costs.
* Manage departmental payroll costs.
* Promote upselling and on-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
* Uphold high service standards across all food and beverage areas.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety (HACCP), and hygiene standards.
* Oversee the safety of staff, guests, and property at all times.
Requirements
* Proven track record in a senior food and beverage leadership role, ideally in a hotel or high-volume venue.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong financial acumen in budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.
