You'll join a high-impact team building the next generation of a market-leading prescription savings and healthcare technology platform used by millions.
This is a hands-on Product Manager role where you'll shape vision, own roadmaps, and work side-by-side with engineering and design to deliver features that directly improve patient access to medication.
Key Responsibilities Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps in collaboration with leadership.
Gather user insights, conduct market & competitive research, and translate findings into prioritised features.
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide agile development squads.
Prioritise backlog to balance immediate value delivery with long-term strategic goals.
Act as the voice of the customer within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Partner daily with engineering and design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions.
Track product metrics, analyse performance data, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Present plans, progress, and wins to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements 5+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS, HealthTech, FinTech, or regulated industries.
Proven track record defining roadmaps and shipping customer-facing features in Agile environments.
Strong technical aptitude and experience working closely with engineering teams (ideally distributed/international).
Expert with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
Data-driven mindset - comfortable using metrics to make decisions.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
Experience in healthcare technology or prescription platforms highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
