About Your New Role
As an Industrial Electrical Designer, you will be working on cutting-edge industrial machinery and equipment. Your main responsibilities will include creating electrical systems for industrial machinery, integrating pneumatic components and circuits. You will need to develop electrical and pneumatic schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using EPLAN software. Additionally, you will need to choose appropriate components and materials based on project requirements and specifications.
You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical and functional requirements. This will involve conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, and providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving electrical issues to improve system performance.
Maintaining detailed documentation, including drawings, manuals, and technical specifications, is also an essential part of this role.
What Skills Do We Need?
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Industrial Electrical Designer or similar role in industrial automation, including exposure to pneumatic systems.
* Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industrial automation principles.
* Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., CE, EN, NEC, IEC).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
