As OHS Risk & Compliance Manager. you will provide guidance and expertise in terms of OHS, risk, regulation and compliance. You will coordinate with all business units to develop, test and refine OHS risk and compliance business processes and practices. You will engage with key stakeholders to innovate and implement processes to deliver best working practices whilst supporting business growth and creating a culture of excellence within the organisation.
Risk & Compliance
- Manage internal and external audit programs and ensure closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain legal compliance registers and support risk mitigation processes.
- Coordinate business continuity planning and assurance mapping activities.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Oversee the IMS across all sites, ensuring ISO compliance and audit readiness.
- Support integration of sustainability standards and drive continuous improvement.
Documentation & Change Management
- Maintain accurate, streamlined documentation to support compliance.
- Lead change control processes for cross-functional business updates.
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Develop and lead the OHS strategy and team across sites.
- Promote a positive safety culture and manage compliance with legal and ISO standards.
- Support high-risk work management, emergency planning, and incident investigations.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor teams, automate reporting, and foster a culture of best practice and improvement.
