About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic digital programme focused on enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a detailed programme plan across multiple workstreams
* Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
* Align cross-functional teams and ensure resource availability
* Support development of business cases and track delivery against projected outcomes
* Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using structured processes
* Track and report on programme performance
* Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to optimise delivery
* Lead programme governance including meeting agendas, action tracking, and stakeholder updates
* Provide strategic input into wider business planning
Experience Required
Proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
Strong leadership and influencing abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience drafting vendor contracts
