HR Support Specialist
The HR support specialist plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the employee and business partnership team on various HR activities such as recruitment, reporting, onboarding, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
* Posting job advertisements to enhance employer brand awareness
* Ensure relevant job boards, intranet, and external website are up-to-date
* Liaising with external recruitment agencies as required
* Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Coordinating and scheduling of interview panels
* Managing the centralised recruitment inbox and responding to candidates and hiring managers with accurate and timely information
* Maintaining the recruitment tracker for effective tracking
* Administering all recruitment correspondence including offer and regret letters to candidates
Onboarding
* Drafting all employee contracts to ensure compliance
* Coordinating the reference check process including following up with new hires on outstanding information and regular reporting on the status of reference checks
* Arranging start dates and times with relevant managers
* Issuing onboarding information to new hires and relevant internal stakeholders
* Responding to all onboarding queries in a timely manner
HR Coordination
* Administration: Preparing all HR correspondence as required e.g. contract amendment letters confirmation of employment etc.
* Liaising with people managers regarding probation end dates
* Updating employee listings on various reports and systems
* Maintaining updated HR documentation records and internal databases for all employees
* General administration as required to support HR deliverables
Invoicing
* Tracking and processing all HR-related invoices ensuring timely payment
* Liaising with finance and vendors regarding invoicing queries
Reporting/Data Management
* Conducting reporting across HR functions and analysing data for informed decision-making
* Maintaining HR dashboards and trackers for real-time monitoring
* Preparing data to share with stakeholders
Employee Relations Support
* Scheduling occupational health appointments
* Minute-taking at employee relations discussions
Engagement
* Supporting and coordinating business-wide engagement initiatives as required
HR Projects
* Involvement in various projects as directed by the HR executive and/or leadership team member to support strategic objectives
