We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role: The role will include varied hours working in the Charleville Park Hotel kitchen cleaning and washing dishes and utensils, maintaining the highest level of operational hygiene in all Kitchen areas in compliance with hotel and hygiene regulations.Subsidised live in accomodation available.
Reporting to: You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.
The Person:
* Ability to follow instructions and use common sense
* Experience of working in a busy restaurant/hotel kitchen as kitchen porter
* Good command of the English language
* Available to work full time hours on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities include:
* Carry out basic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
* To use correct cleaning materials and chemicals as directed.
* To maintain cleanliness and tidiness always, adhering to our HACCP system and health and safety regulations.
* To carry out any duties as requested by the Chefs on duty.
* To ensure that the kitchen is always being kept clean and tidy, cleaning own immediate area of work.
