Our client, a global mobility services provider that manages over 3 million vehicles worldwide, is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their people function. This role is suited for those starting their HR career or looking for a career change and the successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced HRBP.
Key Responsibilities
* Support with the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, reviewing CV’s and scheduling interviews
* Support new hire onboarding by coordinating background checks and pre-employment documentation
* Provide general HR administrative support and assist with various HR projects
* Maintain and update the HRIS and ensure all employee records are accurate, current and compliant
* Update policies in line with legislation
* Support and input around soft HR initiatives
* Ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills
* A certificate/diploma in Human Resources or related field
* Excellent understanding of current employment legislation
* Knowledge of Workday is highly advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
