About Us
Glennon's Foodservice is a fourth-generation, family-run wholesale supplier based in Birr, Co. Offaly. We supply pubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and catering businesses across the Midlands and beyond, with multi-temperature delivery and a growing online ordering platform.
As we continue to develop our website and online presence, we are looking for a practical, hands-on marketing and digital content person to help us keep our promotions, website, and content up to date.
The Role
This is a part-time, execution-focused role. You will work closely with the Sales & Operations Director to turn promotions, product ranges, and ideas into clear, professional marketing materials across web, print, and digital channels.
This role suits someone who enjoys creating, updating, and organising content.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Content
* Upload and update web banners, homepage promos, and category content
* Assist with content for our new e-commerce website (trade & retail)
* Assist with theme and design pages in line with our brand
* Upload and manage product images and basic descriptions
Promotional Materials
* Create promo sheets / deal leaflets (weekly or monthly)
* Assist with brochures, price lists, and product flyers
* Prepare web-ready and print-ready versions of promotions
* Ensure promotions and brochures are consistent across website, PDFs, and digital use
Social Media
* Create and schedule basic social media posts
* Focus on promotions, new products, supplier highlights, and business updates
* Maintain a professional, brand-appropriate tone
General Marketing Support
* Help organise marketing assets (images, PDFs, banners)
* Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches
* Work to ensure promotions are accurate and on time
What We're Looking For
* Comfortable using Canva and or adobe
* Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* Confident handling multiple small tasks each week
* Able to follow brand guidelines and instructions clearly
* Interest in the food, hospitality, retail, or wholesale sector
This role would suit:
* A marketing graduate
* A final-year student
* Someone building experience in digital & ecommerce marketing
This is a hands-on content and promotions role, with real responsibility and visibility in a growing business.
