Airfreight Export Operator - Dublin | €40,000+ DOE We are currently partnering with a leading logistics provider to recruit an experienced Airfreight Export Operator for their Dublin-based operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic environment where efficiency and service excellence are key. Previous operational experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process airfreight export bookings from start to finish. Monitor shipments from booking through to final delivery and payment. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients. Coordinate with airlines to secure optimal rates and transit times. Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth collection and processing of shipments. Label freight accurately for export. Handle invoicing (sales and purchase), resolving any related queries. Respond to rate requests and prepare quotations. Support the development and enhancement of airfreight services. Communicate effectively with overseas agents and partners. Additional Duties: Provide holiday cover within the operations office as needed. Offer administrative support to colleagues in the airfreight department. Participate in occasional customer visits.
