The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on management position overseeing all conference and banqueting operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional events — from large-scale weddings and corporate conferences to private banquets — while leading and developing a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all conference and banqueting events
Lead, motivate, and develop the banqueting team
Manage room setups, AV requirements, catering coordination, and service timelines
Monitor revenue and expenditure to meet financial targets
Support the sales team with site inspections and client proposals
Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships
Handle client feedback and conflict resolution professionally
What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience in a senior C&B, events, or banqueting role, ideally in a hotel environment
Proven track record managing large-scale events including weddings and corporate functions
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent client relationship and customer service ability
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Full flexibility including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
