As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Site Maintenance Managers and Planners to execute site maintenance programs delivering compliant and efficient plant operation.
* Support Reliability Engineers in executing Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives focusing on equipment reliability.
* Develop and lead Root Cause Failure Analysis Programs to reduce equipment breakdowns and aid maintenance personnel in real-time root cause analysis.
* Work closely with Planning to establish key performance indicators for monitoring improvement and resource optimization.
* Conduct daily start-up checks on machinery throughout the plant to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production levels.
* Implement preventative maintenance schedules to guarantee efficient servicing and maintenance of machinery.
* Verify accurate record completion and maintain up-to-date documentation.
* Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Relevant experience in electrical repair and maintenance is essential.
Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory to ensure staff well-being.
Required qualifications include a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training, along with 2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and adaptability are also necessary.
Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
