Role Overview
Corrib Oil is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in retail marketing, social media, event planning, and campaign management, with a proven ability to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role will play a vital part in promoting our home heating, retail, food-to-go brands, and Wendy's ensuring consistent messaging and a first-class customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities #LP
Retail & Fuel Marketing
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive sales and footfall across our service stations, fuel business and food to go propositions.
* Support the rollout of food-to-go promotions, home heating promotions, loyalty campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.
* Develop and manage promotional materials, social, and in-store digital displays.
* Work closely with store managers and operations teams to ensure brand consistency at all locations.
* Support stores with local marketing campaigns to increase footfall and sales
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Manage and grow Corrib Oil's social media presence across all key platforms.
* Create engaging content that promotes home heating, in-store offers, food-to-go ranges, and community engagement.
* Experience of SEO, Google Adwords and paid social campaigns
* Monitor analytics and deliver regular performance reports, ensuring strong ROI.
* Support the delivery of digital campaigns, including email marketing and website updates.
Events & Community Engagement
* Organise and deliver local sponsorships, store launches, community initiatives, and charity events.
* Ensure maximum visibility and customer participation in events that align with the Corrib Oil brand.
* Manage budgets, suppliers, and logistics for event execution.
Campaign Planning & Brand Support
* Assist in the development and delivery of the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels — in-store, social and digital.
* Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all marketing materials.
General Marketing & Administration
* Conduct competitor research and analyse consumer trends within the retail, food to go and fuel sector.
* Support PR initiatives, sponsorships, and local media activity.
Skills & Experience Required
* 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role within retail, FMCG, hospitality, or related sector.
* Strong background in social media management, events, and campaign execution.
* Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
* Loyalty programme management experience
* Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
