Our client, a leading multinational company based in Shannon, Co. Clare has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist (German Speaking) to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role consisting of 2 days office based and 3 days WFH. Reports to: National Sales Manager Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, management and responsibility for customers in our clients German speaking regions, driving transactional sales, and ensuring seamless customer experience from quote to delivery. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, CRM discipline, and customer engagement and ensuring that sales and revenue is maximised through new and existing customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management Manage an assigned base of Tier B & C customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement. Sales Support Follow up communication with customers in agreement with the Sales team regarding Pricing, Images / Certificates, Samples and other relevant topics coming from KAM meetings. Onboarding of new accounts. Understand the Features & Benefits and prices of company products. Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Build customer satisfaction through post sales follow up. Lead Generation Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Inside Sales Management of the allocated house accounts. Discontinued product campaigns. New product introduction campaigns. Dormant account campaigns. Customer Care Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide customers with solutions in the most cost-effective way for the company and the customer. Skills/Experience required: You will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience working in Inside Sales, Sales Support or a Customer Service role (B2B environment preferred). You will be a fluent German and English speaker. Proactive, target-driven and customer-focused mindset. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels confidently and provide a proactive and positive service. The Offer: This is a permanent role and the salary on offer is commensurate with the skills/experience of the successful candidate but is expected to be in the range of approx. €35-€42k per annum. You will also be entitled to an excellent benefits package including: Pension (5% employer contribution) after completion of probationary period.
