Job Title: North Indian Chaat Chef
Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 1 year in chaat preparation)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chaat Chef who specializes in authentic North Indian street-style chaat items. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience preparing a variety of chaat dishes, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of North Indian chaat items such as:Pani Puri (Golgappa)Aloo Tikki ChaatDahi BhallaPapdi ChaatSev PuriRaj KachoriBhel PuriChole Kulche / BhaturePav Bhaji (if included)
Make fresh chutneys and masalas from scratch.
Maintain cleanliness and follow FSSAI food safety guidelines.
Innovate and update the menu based on trends and seasons.
Manage ingredient inventory and minimize food wastage.
Train helpers or junior kitchen staff (if applicable).
