**Job Title:** Part-time HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function on a part-time basis, providing support to our management team and ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Administration: Manage all HR administration duties, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Recruitment: Lead on all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
* Employee Relations: Manage on-escalating employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances, and provide advice to managers on employee-related matters.
* Absence Monitoring: Lead on monitoring and reviewing levels of employee absence within the property.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources.
* Qualification: Obtained HR Qualification or enrolled to undertake HR Qualification.
* Skills: Proficient in utilising Microsoft Excel, company systems, and monitoring performance.
* Training: Experienced in recruitment, leading on employee relations, and liaising with payroll.
