Job Overview
The Associate Manager Manufacturing-MES position involves implementing and operating the Regeneron Manufacturing Execution System to ensure data integrity and meet business requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Align MES system setup with site policies and processes.
* Coordinate functional groups' needs and establish priorities for MES operations.
* Develop strong working relationships with Commercial Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Material Management teams.
* Collaborate with IOPS sites on MES delivery and develop a strong working relationship with Information Technology.
* Lead and develop MES Operations Analysts, providing mentorship and support.
* Review and approve MES Change Controls, provide training sessions, and deliver strategic updates to senior management.
