Job Title: Site Services Account Manager
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth. You will also act as the face of the organization for site-based resources, building fantastic working relations while also supporting any challenges as they arise.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Account Manager to support business growth of our site-based resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
* Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
* Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
* Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with clients.
* Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering and Managed Services Business Units to deliver solutions.
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to specify role requirements and to support sourcing strategies.
* Conduct technical interviews to assess the skills and expertise of potential candidates.
* Conduct performance reviews and rate/salary reviews for Site Services personnel.
* Track account performance, revenue, and profitability.
* Represent the organization to the highest possible level at all times, adhering to our core principles of Trust, Excellence, and Respect.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a combination of experience.
* Minimum 5+ years in account management, in the life sciences sector, preferably in engineering or IT/OT services.
* Understanding of GMP, compliance, automation systems (DCS, SCADA, MES), IT infrastructure, system integration, and digital transformation in regulated industries.
* Strong ability to engage with engineering, operations, and procurement teams in Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and leadership teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel within Ireland.
