Overview
The primary function of this role is to handle all customer queries that come into the customer care centre ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and prompt response to their query. It requires liaison with multiple internal departments.
Responsibilities
* Delivering the highest levels of care to customer satisfaction
* Providing accurate and timely responses to all queries
* Effectively interacting with other members of the team
* Answering the phones in a timely manner
* Taking orders and allocating to Weight soft system
* Any other duties as required
Person Specification
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good Knowledge of Dublin/Leinster areas an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, phone & written) skills
* Excellent attention to detail skills
* Proven strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
