What you’ll be doing
Build and scale cloud-native backend platforms and developer tooling
Develop AI-powered workflows and multi-agent systems
Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines
Improve automation, reliability, release velocity, and security coverage
Build distributed systems on AWS and Kubernetes
Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, and platform design
Collaborate across teams to embed AI and security into the SDLC
Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
What we’re looking for
8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong backend experience with Python, Go, or Node.js
Strong understanding of TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, and automation
Hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, Cucumber, or Cypress
Familiarity with AI tooling and LLM-based systems
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks
