Key Responsibilities Drive the full project programme, ensuring all phases are delivered on schedule and aligned with critical path requirements.
Oversee RC frame and structural works, ensuring engineering accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with design and regulatory standards.
Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors, maintaining daily oversight to keep the project moving efficiently.
Manage design coordination, ensuring timely information flow between consultants, suppliers, and the site team to avoid delays.
Implement robust reporting, including progress tracking, risk identification, and programme recovery strategies where needed.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, site protocols, and industry best practice.
Represent the contractor professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate 5+ years experience in site engineering, project engineering, or project management.
Strong technical understanding of RC frame construction, groundworks, and residential delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage programmes, control sequencing, and keep projects on time.
Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple trades.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership capability.
