Employee Relations Coordinator Our client, a leader in global logistics, is looking to hire an enthusiastic Employee relation coordinator for their north Dublin branch.
Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with legislation, GDPR and company policy.
Provide day-to-day coaching, advice and support to managers and staff on ER matters, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
Review and update HR policies, while advising on competitive compensation and benefits.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, career development and training programmes.
Support senior management with ER strategy, policy interpretation and workforce planning.
Lead recruitment processes and assist with HR projects aligned to business strategy.
Monitor employment law, track ER trends and develop proactive interventions.
Promote company culture, values and a positive workplace environment.
