It is well-respected, with a strong management structure and a healthy pipeline of housing and apartment projects.Your new roleYou will serve as a site manager for one of their ongoing developments, based in Carrickmines, South Dublin, or Clarehall, North Dublin. Both projects involve several apartment blocks and residential houses, and are supported by existing management teams.This role is initially hourly paid, allowing you to evaluate the organization over 6–12 months before potentially moving to a long-term position. You will oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality control. The position offers approximately 45-48 hours per week, with pay typically between €30 and €45 per hour, depending on your employment status.This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team and potentially progress within the company.What you'll need to succeedYou should have proven management experience on residential sites, whether with a builder or running your own business.
