The Clerical Officer (Grade III) will provide high-quality administrative support within the organisation. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the office, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and data protection standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration
1. Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the department/team.
2. Manage correspondence, telephone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
4. Assist with document preparation, minute-taking, and meeting coordination.
5. Support procurement processes including purchase orders, invoices, and record keeping.
6. Process data entry, reporting, and general office tasks using MS Office and internal systems.
7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
8. Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
9. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases.
10. Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related administration.
11. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and returns.
12. Ensure compliance with data protection, FOI, and HR policy frameworks.
