They are seeking a Project Engineer with 6-8 years relevant multidisciplinary project management, planning and design experience Coordination and driving of team deliverables on multi-disciplinary projects.
Making of technical decisions on projects, and review of technical reports prepared by others.
Review of deliverables produced by other teams to ensure compliance / suitability for the overall project scope.
Managing the design and/or planning process.
Preparation of project progress reports, both internally and externally.
Preparation and regular updating of project development plans / project charters.
Chairing and minuting of meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Maintaining a high level of quality across projects.
Requirements Educated to degree level 8/9 (engineering degree).
A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in a consultancy environment.
Chartered or close to achieving Chartership.
Experience in the technical and project management delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland.
Experience in the full project development cycle including feasibility studies, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, tender document preparation and contract administration.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and under own initiative to achieve project goals.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams producing deliverables simultaneously across several projects.
Computer literate with strong experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software).
Technical design experience and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail particularly in preparing and reviewing complex planning documents and drawings.
Full driving licence.
