Job Purpose
The purpose of the Marketing Executive role will be to support the Marketing Manager in delivering all marketing activities within TCFG's Roadmap

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Market & Consumer Insights
* Analyse and monitor consumer insights, market trends & data and present both internally and externally to validate business opportunities
* Work with key customer accounts on gap analysis, presentations, market reports & insights that will result in quick business wins
* Compile market data update reports for the business teams which educate internally and facilitate strategic decisions
* Review the competitor landscape regularly and report internally
* Manage TCFG's proactive Innovation platform, The Chef Drop, with the Sales & Culinary Teams and present to identified customers bi-annually
Digital Marketing
* Graphic Design of TCFG content
* Create and manage digital media platforms for the business that will reach current and potential new buyers by educating them on all solutions available to meet their needs
* Develop and maintain all social media platforms and to keep them relevant and informative
* Increase professional perception of TCFG within industry by setting new standards in digital marketing
* Manage TCFG's website with updates and blogs to heighten SEO on-line
Corporate Marketing
* Increase awareness of The Culinary Food Group in current and emerging new markets
* Create the plans and manage identified trade shows and exhibitions on behalf of TCFG
* Develop brand plans to ensure maximum effect within industry
* Create marketing material & presentation templates designed to aid sales and create new customer opportunities
* Create and manage all ESG marketing materials including the annual Origin Green Plan and CSR plan for TCFG
* Represent TCFG at industry events, award ceremonies and other public engagements
* Work as part of a team to achieve business targets set through strategic planning
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
* The Marketing Executive should be educated to Degree level or equivalent within a marketing related discipline
* Experience in the food industry is desirable but + 1 year experience in a marketing role is required
* Graphic Design Skill is desirable
* Excellent creative & communication skills, verbal and written, with experience of brand development & design
* The Marketing Executive should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced working environment whilst meeting demanding timescales
* Articulate Presentation Skills a must
* A passion for food with up-to-date trend knowledge on all areas of food innovation
* SharePoint knowledge preferable but not necessary as training will be provided
* Good time management
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive can-do attitude
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate's eligibility to work in Ireland.
