Site Manager (Housing) North Dublin Site Manager required for a leading housing developer to work on a housing project in Malahide with at least a 2+ year duration and is just starting. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with experience managing housing projects in either Ireland or the UK. Role & Responsibilities: Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high quality. Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender stage construction to handover. Support management of project budget in collaboration with the wider team and Quantity Surveyor etc. Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies. Manage the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and project partners. Lead and coordinate the site team (both direct and subcontracted), ensuring the project progresses according to programme. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +) Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Good at leading a team Excellent attention to detail Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
