A snapshot of your key responsibilities as SharePoint Support Analyst would be:
* Manage day-to-day operations of SharePoint environments (on-premises and/or Online).
* Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring high uptime and responsiveness.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with governance and compliance standards.
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, and upgrades of SharePoint servers/sites.
* Provide operational support for SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and document libraries.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, or integration.
* Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver SharePoint solutions.
* Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for SharePoint.
* Document operational procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
* Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and corporate governance policies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT operations or systems administration with a strong focus on SharePoint (Online and/or on-premises).
* Solid knowledge of SharePoint architecture, services, and configuration.
* Experience managing SharePoint permissions, workflows, and site collections.
* Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
* Good understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across SharePoint and integrated systems.
* Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery tools relevant to SharePoint.
* Knowledge of ITIL practices (incident, change, and problem management).
