Job Title: Project Manager for Fit-Out Operations
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our fit-out operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, preferably in a commercial setting. They will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget, as well as coordinating with the construction team and site staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and coordination of fit-out projects.
- Ensure all site staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
- Motivate site staff to reach daily and weekly targets.
- Complete regular inspections regarding quality of workmanship.
- Plan and coordinate machinery and equipment.
- Order materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and development.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in a commercial fit-out environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage and motivate site teams.
- Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
- Full driver's license.
