What You'll Be Doing:
As our Supervisor, your mission includes:
* Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day.
* Rocking the branded customer experience, making our shoppers' day while managing the nitty-gritty of sales, merchandising, and all that jazz.
* Keeping an eagle eye on store security - you're the superhero of the security system
* Helping our customers find their perfect pair of shoes and other fab accessories.
* Giving the store cashiers a high-five when things get busy - motivate and support your team
* Teaming up with the crew to hit those sales goals out of the park.
* Unleashing your inner fashionista to promote our accessories and apparel too
* Being the mastermind behind improving store performance and boosting those sales.
