About Your New Job As the Senior MES Engineer,youwill: Implement System/MES recipe changes and manage day-to-day support for Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules using the Emerson Syncade MES solution. Maintain the incident queue in ServiceNow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution and thorough documentation. Initiate and drive Change Control activities in accordance with GMP quality standards and site procedures. Produce clear, high-quality, and maintainable configuration, and perform testing of MES recipes and changes. Generate validation documentation and support incident investigations while following Environmental Health and Safety procedures. Build effective cross-functional relationships and ensure clear communication with business users and technical teams. What Skills You Need 35 years experience supporting IT applications (incident management, change controls, documentation, testing). MES Recipe Authoring experience and knowledge, ideally with Emerson Syncade MES. Experience implementing IT changes in a GMP-regulated environment. Proficiency in programming (Visual Basic), configuration management, and MS SQL Server. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage business users and build effective cross-functional relationships.
