Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Document Control Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation within our Quality Management System is introduced, updated and maintained in a controlled manner.This includes performing document control notification (DCN) closure according to procedural requirements, ensuring DCNs are closed in line with timelines required by departments across the organization, providing training and continued support on the DCN process for new and existing employees as needed, maintaining and communicating metrics relating to document control processes,Conducting internal quality system audits as per annual audit schedule,Ensure compliance with all documented Quality system requirements.Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout designated areasPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions.
