Our client, a well-established building developer, requires a Site Engineer for a building project close to Cork City.
Our client, a large building contractor, requires an experienced site engineer for multi-storey RC Frame projects on the south side of the City.
You will be the senior engineer on the job responsible for setting out all works. There is years of work on the project.
Responsibilities:
1. Setting out using GPS and total station;
2. Providing onsite materials quantities and measurement of completed works;
3. Liaising with the general workforce involved in the project;
4. Assisting with Quality Checks, Safety Review, and compiling of RFI’s;
5. Working closely with the Contract and Project Managers;
6. Monitoring and supervising the Quality and Safety Audits and Reports;
7. Attending Site Progress Meetings with various sub-contractors;
Requirements:
1. Degree in engineering related discipline;
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer;
3. Proven setting-out ability on site;
4. Proficient in the use of EDM / Robotic Total Station;
5. Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations;
