The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of business clients across commercial combined, motor trade, fleet, liability, and package policies
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client servicing duties with a customer-first approach
* Develop and retain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of service and responsiveness
* Support team objectives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Commercial division
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support cross-functional initiatives
* Maintain strong technical knowledge of the commercial insurance market
* Identify and act on opportunities to improve client coverage and risk management
The Person:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial insurance role
* Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* APA or CIP qualification (or working towards) desirable
* Experience working with Open GI is advantageous but not essential
