Job Overview
Manage the delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements of projects from design through to completion.
Oversee structural design coordination, site execution, and compliance with specifications and standards.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Lead coordination between design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and construction issues.
Manage budgets, resources, and procurement related to structural works.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements across all project stages.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed structural elements.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in managing CSA or structural packages on large construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of design principles, construction sequencing, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
