Assistant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a department, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering exemplary standards in store presentation and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of a department
* Act as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management
* Assist Store Management in achieving company KPIs
* Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service
* Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, and administration compliance
* Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy being on the shop floor, and possess high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
