Job Title:
Service Operations Manager
The Service Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, from initial enquiries through to final handover. This involves coordinating job planning, scheduling, and administrative support for site engineers across the Island of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Administer and manage service and project workflows using relevant IT systems.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including the preparation and submission of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) to clients.
* Supervise the completion and delivery of service documentation, including detailed management reports.
* Perform general administrative duties relevant to the role.
* Collaborate effectively with Service and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Proven experience in customer engagement and technical coordination is also required. Ability to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with technicians and engineers is crucial.
