Insurance Policy Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage insurance policies and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process new and existing policy applications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
* Respond to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
* IDentify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy information within our CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in insurance or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
