This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a dynamic organisation and take ownership of the full procurement function while working closely with senior management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full procurement process across the businessUsing and improving internal procurement and stock management systemsExpanding supplier networks and developing strong supplier relationshipsNegotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliersCoordinating procurement activities with production, design, and site teamsManaging inventory and maintaining optimal stock levelsPreparing weekly procurement trackers and monthly management reportsManaging purchasing and stores personnelMonitoring procurement costs and ensuring efficient supply chain operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer roleExperience within construction, manufacturing, or off-site manufacturing desirableStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsExcellent organisational and analytical abilitiesExperience with procurement, stock control, and planning systemsStrong reporting and communication skillsAbility to manage and support teams effectively
