Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Strong background in designing creative, seasonal menus that appeal to both casual diners and event guests (e.g. weddings, private dining). Solid grasp of kitchen financials including GP%, stock rotation, waste management, and supplier negotiation. Experience in delivering high-quality food at scale for weddings, banquets, and private events.
