Keurig Dr. Pepper is seeking a hands-on, experienced Senior Financial Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
* Understand all cost drivers to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecasts.
* Track and monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results, comparing them to budgets or forecasts, and providing variance analysis and business insights to management.
* Perform deep dive analyses on root causes of issues and recommend resolutions.
* Compile weekly/monthly KPI reports and other metrics, presenting them in real-time, actionable formats.
* Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure supply continuity.
* Coordinate with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and assist with financial closing activities.
Direct Business Partnering:
* Develop and leverage relationships with Procurement and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and finance KPIs.
* Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement and Product Costing teams, supporting collaborative solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
* Lead productivity, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Decision Support:
* Articulate actionable, data-driven insights using BI tools and storytelling techniques.
* Utilize business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence decision-making.
* Generate innovative ideas and develop steps to accelerate organizational goals.
* Participate in training to develop new skills relevant to Supply Chain Finance.
Requirements:
* BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
* Strong financial acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience in business partnership.
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing analysis.
* Proficiency with SAP; advanced Excel skills required.
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, etc.).
* Experience in Procurement, Product Costing, or Manufacturing is advantageous.
Subject Matter Expertise:
* Quantitative Analysis

* Data analytics and Power BI/Tableau experience required.
