Shareridge has an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to oversee our utilities and public realm construction projects in Limerick.

Duties:
* Managing the day-to-day activity on site
* Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
* Ensuring quality and standards of the project are met.
* Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
* Comply with all Health and Safety policies.
* Assist in managing traffic on and off site.
Requirements:
* Experience in similar type of utilities and/or public realm construction projects is desirable.
* Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
* Excellent working knowledge of latest utilities and public realm regulation and certification standards.
* Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities.
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
* The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
