Duties
* Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen management
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards
* Supervising and motivating kitchen staff during peak hours
* Supporting menu planning and contributing creative ideas for new dishes
* Maintaining stock levels, ordering, and ensuring proper food storage and rotation
* Adhering to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
* Ensuring efficient kitchen operations within a day-time service model
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Experience in a café or high-volume casual dining setting preferred
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* A passion for fresh, seasonal, and high-quality food
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-focused environment
* Must be currently living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
