The Training Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring Bus Éireann meets all statutory, regulatory, and company training requirements under relevant EU Directives, national legislation, and industry standards.
Based in Cork and covering the Southern Region, this role is responsible for overseeing, delivering, and continuously improving driver training and development across the network.

You will help to uphold and enhance Bus Éireann's reputation for excellence by ensuring our drivers are trained, confident, and compliant in every aspect of their work.
You will lead by example in promoting the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service, supporting the recruitment and retention of skilled, confident, and compliant drivers.
Acting as both a trainer and a supervisor, you will assess and develop driving performance, deliver induction and refresher training, and ensure all activities align with Bus Éireann's operational and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will report into the People Operations Manager and work closely with Regional HR, Line Managers, Service Supervisors, and external agencies (RSA, NTA, DoE, DoT, and others).
The role demands strong coordination, effective communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining high training standards and compliance across all operations in the region.
