Culinary Leader
We are seeking an accomplished culinary professional to lead our kitchen team. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for developing menus that showcase traditional flavors alongside modern culinary trends.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of menu development and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the head chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food presentation.
* Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
* Collaborate with the head chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food presentation
* Mentor and lead a small/medium-sized kitchen team to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
* Work collaboratively with front-of-house colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment
* Current HACCP certification and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively
* Experience working with fish and meat, and incorporating them into varied menus is essential
