Recent accomplishments include moving unpartitionable data sets across multiple nodes without splitting a table's keyspace, colocating cluster services in the same process to reduce resource consumption and operational complexity, and performing concurrent data definition operations.
Your Role
You will be responsible for managing a small team of individual contributors, fostering a positive team culture, balancing time between coding, designing, mentorship, and leading your team. You will use agile practices to deliver features on a predictable schedule, maintain expertise on distributed systems, aid Product Management in prioritization, collaborate with various teams, and identify, design, implement, test, and support new features related to horizontal scaling, data consistency, and disaster recovery.
